2. Company Cancellations

In rare cases, we may need to cancel or modify a tour due to circumstances beyond our control, such as unsafe weather conditions, low participation, or unforeseen events. In such cases:

  • You will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule your excursion to a different date or time 4.

Please note that we are not liable for refunds or compensation due to poor weather unless it directly prevents the performance of the excursion 5.

  • Shared Tours : If you booked a shared tour and another participant cancels, this does not affect your reservation or eligibility for a refund.
